It leaves my scalp feeling cool and clean and it helps reduce the itchiness but not the flakiness. The Hemp shampoo smells amazing, and it helped reduce the flakiness but not the itchiness. Alas, the one that gets rid of the flakes needs to be used first, otherwise it renders the anti-itching one useless. Fortunately, using the Hemp shampoo works pretty well in keeping my hair cleaner and longer lasting than anything else I've used, and I have tried many things. I wouldn't recommend this method if you wash your hair everyday because shampooing everyday already is pretty bad. I use them twice a week, and my hair seems to be okay with it.
Yes, I recommend this product
I just bought this from Asda and this is the most amazing shampoo I have ever used. The best thing about it, is that it is sulfate free. I thought this was amazing because the smell of coconut in the conditioner was incredible. Also my hair doesn’t get that greasy anymore which is amazing.
I hadn't tried any Herbal Essences products since high school, and now nearing my mid thirties, I was interested to see if the products were similar to what I remembered. I have very thin, straight, natural aging hair. I am always looking for a shampoo which feels hydrating, smoothing, and won't weigh my hair down at the same time. Upon reading the description I noticed that the product uses limited processing, and is a 90% natural origin shampoo. This is something I'm typically drawn to as I prefer products which are more sustainable and cruelty free. The shampoo smells light, clean and refreshing, and you really get a nice crisp scent with the aloe. The test with me is always to see if the shampoo will leave my hair feeling stripped and dry after shampooing. The product felt great upon applying, and after I rinsed, did not make my hair feel tight, dry or dehydrated like many shampoos often do. I would definitely recommended this product for anyone who has dry hair or lives in a climate with colder and dryer winter months! It made my strands feel soft and following up with the conditioner only enhanced this.
