Did you know that to produce black tea, we use the same leaves of the same plant? The difference to create the two types of teas is in the processing. When harvested, the leaves to produce Green Tea are quickly heated and dried, to avoid any oxidation, on the contrary to the leaves used to produce black tea.

This process difference will give the different flavors and different properties and benefits to the black and the green tea.
