What is Green Tea?

Where does Green Tea come from?

Green Tea is believed to come from China, but today, it is produced all over the world including Japan, India, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Hawaii and all the way up to South Carolina (USA) where many different types of tea are being grown.

As there are many different tea plants nowadays, the flavor of each tea can vary. Additionally, the climate in which the tea plant grows, and the other plants surrounding the tea plant, can also influence the tea flavor.
